Eve is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Art degree in Counseling with specialization in Clinical Mental Health from Waynesburg University. Eve provided therapy and other comprehensive services in various settings such as outpatient, community, and in-home services. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Among her areas of training and experience are the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma and stress-related disorders, women’s issues, pregnancy/postpartum, and life transitions. Additionally, she has experience working with victims of violence, including domestic violence and sexual assault. Eve uses an integrative approach with treatment methods and techniques to meet the specific needs of each client. She uses several treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based, and person-centered therapies. Eve is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
A key component to her work is providing a safe, nonjudgmental, and confidential environment. She believes successful therapy begins with building a strong therapeutic alliance. She encourages clients to process feelings, learn how past experiences influence us present day, and help unveil potential to live a life worth celebrating!
